The Secret To A Toned And Cellulite Free Butt

Ever wondered if there was a way to really toned that butt and get rid of cellulite? The butt is very complex and the best way to toned it is not just exercise, but by doing  a variety of moves that target all the different muscles- consistency yield to better results. Having big butts is a common problem among  us nowadays, because the collagen gets weaker with age and the booty becomes a breeding ground for cellulite. Some women put all their efforts into making their face beautiful and they wear spanx underneath their clothes to reduce the appearance of cellulite .

You have to be living under the rock not to noticed there’s a growing obsession for big butts. female celebrities and regular women are into at the moment and the pressure is so tense many of them  are either transferring fat from their stomach to their buttocks or they get silicone implants to turn their booty into a trademark.   Who am I and why should you take any advice from me?  Well, I am not an Olympic athlete or a fitness guru- I’m just a black women who toned up her big booty like a boss. N0w that Summer is here-I feel compelled to help other women get their derriere in the best shape possible in no time, without a gym membership even if they’re not weight watcher enthusiasts. If you have an oversized pancakes that seems to drop with every decade and you crave to toned it– stick around because I will reveal how I reshaped my rear view and got rid of cellulite in the privacy of my home:)

We are officially in the era of Big Booty however; I doubt if there’s a market for saggy butts because I’ve seen women flaunting their buns with saddlebags attached to their thighs, including TV personalities. Last summer, one local News Anchor got the attention a  TMZ  reporter at one of the airports – she wanted her A shaped bottom  to be featured . She was wearing a jersey dress and an undergarment to cover unsightly cellulite lurking on her buttock.

 And a few months ago I stumbled up on a Youtube video in which a female from one of the reality shows was shaking her booty ghetto style. She too was wearing a form-fitting jersey dress and she failed to realized that the classic cottage cheese on her butt was making a statement . Celebrities love flaunting their assets and I thank them for that because, they are the reason why I feel comfortable wearing low cut tops. Having said that-some of those butts are more like ”oh no”  instead of ”oh my”-you ladies needs to look hot from behind  you don’t want a big booty that make you look you’re dragging around extra “junk in the “trunk”(:

Black women are known to have big butts and thick thighs, and as they get older collagen starts to break down  and cause sagging and aging skin- sadly;  many of them think wearing girdles will fix the problem. I used to be a pear shaped but when I noticed a sizable amount of dimply stuff on my thighs and butt cheeks I was poised to get rid of it. Back then, the first cellulite treatment I bought was  recommended by Tyra Banks- I’ve used it for 3 months but didn’t get any satisfactory results.

Sadly, I continued to purchase other lotion potions that leave much to be desired.but thanks to the internet I found out the best way to free your butt from cellulite is through intense lower body circuit exercises. It seemed a bit daunting at first but I was hooked when I started seeing results. There are a plethora of great exercises designed to toned and firmed your tush- you just have to choose what’s works for you .

For me, it’s squats, I love squatting not only because it is a full body movement, but it mimics a ton of natural pattern in everyday life- especially Hindu squats. I started with body weight squat and after I nailed down proper form I added dumbbells and a Kettlebell.  Here are a variety of squats that helped toned my booty. Sumo, Goblet, Curtsy, Prisoner, jump squat with cardio combo and lunges . I get bored easily so I do yoga, pilates Tabata.

These exercises transformed my posterior, I lost the pear-shaped- my big thighs disappeared. Now, I have a firm and round bubble butt- more importantly… no dimples, no cottage cheese. I had stopped wearing jersey dresses while I was battling cellulite, but after working my butt off  to get rid of it this year I mustered enough confidence and wore one to a Cinco De Mayo party. I didn’t want my rear end to be in anybody’s face so I avoided the dance floor.

I was in a corner dancing quietly on my own when suddenly I felt an uninvited tap on my buttocks. I was in total shock, and by the time I turned around this Italian guy was all over me as if we were lovers.. I didn’t know how to behave, because I never experienced anything like that in my life. I remained calm and tried not to draw attention to myself, and when the time was right I quietly walked through the crowd and made my way out. That’s the side effect of having a toned and cellulite free butt:(
