Dehydration exacerbates many health problem in seniors and can cause cognitive impairment. All organs needs to be fluid to function properly, in addition to water;  fruits and vegetables can keep seniors hydrated. Everything you eat become part of  your being-. Healthy living doesn’t mean living off rabbit foods and spend countless hours in the gym- it has more to do with common sense than anything else. Though I don’t eat junk foods, and I do some type of workout everyday-I wish I could just eat an apple a day to make sure to keep the doctors away, but since I can’t–I watch what I eat.

Healthy eating may seem a huge sacrifice, but the benefits are immeasurable. Small changes like giving up smoking and fitness activities can be beneficial to your health. The main culprit in many health issues is too much sugar -the other offenders are dairy, booze fried foods, and trans-fat. However;  we can’t deny the fact that interval training is a contributing factor to our health. So yes, you will need to exercise or find a way to be active if you want to get rid of that muffin top:-(
