Study has confirmed that exercise prevent muscle atrophy and increase your life expectancy. Not just be alive, but active and in possession of all your faculties. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be complicated based on the fact there are many contributing factors. However; most people (including myself) are doing everything they can to stay healthy so they can rip the benefits not just now, but also later in life.
Dehydration exacerbates many health problem in seniors and can cause cognitive impairment. All organs needs to be fluid to function properly, in addition to water; fruits and vegetables can keep seniors hydrated. Older people doesn’t like to drink too much water in winter so a few cups of herbal teas between meals will do wonders. Just make a pitcher of tea using Loose Leaf Tea and serve.
Everything you eat become part of your being-. Healthy living doesn’t mean living off rabbit foods and spend countless hours in the gym- it has more to do with common sense than anything else.
